Pelatihan Pengembangan Micro Modul Digital Berbasis Case Methode Di SMKN 8 Pinrang

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut guru untuk menguasai metode pembelajaran inovatif, seperti Micro Modul Digital berbasis Case Method. Namun, di SMKN 8 Pinrang, guru masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan intensif menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Pelatihan difokuskan pada perancangan micro modul digital interaktif dan penerapan Case Method, serta penggunaan perangkat lunak seperti Canva, Genially, dan Articulate Storyline. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru merancang bahan ajar digital, serta kesiapan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan vokasi, tetapi juga mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual, kolaboratif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan era digital.
