Abstract

Tuberkulosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan, terutama pada kelompok dengan kerentanan sosial dan biologis tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB pada masyarakat, meliputi karakteristik demografis, sosial ekonomi, riwayat kesehatan, paparan kontak, dan status gizi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey rumah tangga pada penderita TB mulai Bulan Desemeber 2024-Januari 2025 dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan lebih banyak mengalami TB, dengan kelompok usia 41–60 tahun sebagai penderita terbanyak. Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah, berstatus sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga, serta memiliki pendapatan di bawah standar. Riwayat sakit sebelumnya ditemukan pada 47,2% responden dan riwayat kontak erat serumah sebesar 76%, menunjukkan kontribusi kuat paparan rumah tangga. Komorbid seperti hipertensi (19,05%) juga ditemukan, sementara sebagian besar responden memiliki status gizi baik (71,43%). Temuan ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan komprehensif yang mempertimbangkan deteksi riwayat TB  dan penanganan kontak erat satu rumah dalam pengendalian TB

Dr. Ema Rahmawati, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, specializing in business law. Her academic interests include business regulation, institutional governance, and the legal foundations that support community-based economic development. Beyond her expertise in business law, she is strongly committed to issues of public health and local economic empowerment, particularly in strengthening the legal governance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Indonesia.

Through her research and community engagement initiatives, Dr. Ema strives to bridge legal frameworks with the practical needs of society, ensuring that regulations not only promote legal certainty but also foster inclusive economic growth and improve community well-being.

Chrysanti, Faculty Of Medicine, Universities Padjadjaran

Dr. Chrysanti, dr., M.Kes is a dedicated lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran, whose work centers on understanding infectious diseases that deeply affect communities especially influenza viruses and tuberculosis. She is passionate about exploring how these pathogens spread, how people respond to illness, and how scientific insights can translate into better protection for everyday families.
