Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dianggap sebagai aset terpenting bagi pertumbuhan dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Salah satu tahapan terpenting dalam manajemen SDM adalah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan, yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas SDM di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menerapkan sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT. SYR Trio Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil implementasi sistem ini mencakup perancangan flowchart untuk memberikan proses rekrutmen, serta pengembangan sistem penilaian wawancara yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi rekrutmen. Sistem ini juga dirancang untuk memberikan penilaian wawancara yang lebih obyektif, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas tim kerja di perusahaan. Selain itu, implementasi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan data karyawan, menjadikannya lebih efisien dan terstruktur. Kesimpulannya, sistem yang diterapkan telah berhasil menjadi alat efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas tim kerja serta proses manajemen SDM di PT. SYR Trio Jaya.
