Merokok menyebabkan kematian lebih dari 6 juta setiap tahunnya di seluruh dunia, dan akan meningkat menjadi lebih dari 8 juta pada tahun 2030. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah perokok terbanyak di Asia. Peer support group merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam membantu individu berhenti merokok melalui pembelajaran bersama, berbagi pengalaman, dan dukungan emosional. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi berhenti merokok pada karyawan perusahaan “XX” dengan metode peer group support. Metode Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode perr support group untuk memfasilitasi berhenti merokok pada karyawan perusahaan “XX” di Batam. Hasil follow up yang dilakukan menujukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terhadap bahaya merokok, manfaat berhenti merokok, dan solusi yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengatasi kendala di dalam upaya berhenti merokok. Peer support group merupakan metode yang terbukti efektif di dalam memfasilitasi berhenti merokok.
