Abstract

Emotional intelligence telah menjadi hal yang penting bagi perusahaan dan karyawan, karena jika mempunyai emotional intelligence yang tinggi maka karyawan tersebut dapat mengontrol emosinya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intelligence, employee engagement, job satisfaction terhadap work performance di perusahaan manufaktur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun di perusahaan manufaktur di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dalam pengambilan sampel yang melibatkan 220 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan garmen di wilayah Jakarta dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang saat ini menempati posisi staff atau pimpinan serta memiliki status karyawan tetap yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun di Perusahaan Garmen. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif dengan job satisfaction, emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dengan job satisfaction, emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dengan job satisfaction, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dengan job satisfaction dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dengan work performance. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, emotional intelligence dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya employee engagement, job satisfaction dan transformational leadership di perusahaan. Keterkaitan faktor-faktor ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan positif.
