Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan kecenderungan pembelian impulsif pada dewasa awal melalui peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi berbasis pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dan mindfulness. Sasaran kegiatan adalah anggota Karang Taruna RW 21 Kelurahan Gilingan, Surakarta, yang rentan terhadap pembelian impulsif akibat tekanan emosional dan pengaruh media digital. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama empat hari dalam dua minggu dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Intervensi mencakup psikoedukasi, latihan deep breathing, grounding 5-4-3-2-1, journaling emosi, delay buying 24 jam, dan positive self-talk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor regulasi emosi dan penurunan kecenderungan pembelian impulsif meskipun belum signifikan secara statistik. Evaluasi peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi (rata-rata 93%) dan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap hubungan antara emosi dan perilaku belanja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan regulasi emosi dapat menjadi langkah preventif sebagai upaya mengurangi kecenderungan pembelian impulsif pada dewasa awal di era digital.
