Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul, adaptif, dan inovatif melalui integrasi teknologi digital dan pendekatan human-centered. Namun demikian, hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman stakeholder perguruan tinggi mengenai konsep Society 5.0 serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan kurikulum dan kompetensi lulusan masih belum merata. Kondisi ini berpotensi menghambat kesiapan institusi dalam menghadapi transformasi pendidikan tinggi berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan stakeholder STIE Sultan Agung dalam merespons tantangan Society 5.0 melalui kegiatan sosialisasi strategis berbasis partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi partisipatif yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, pengguna lulusan, dan anggota profesi dengan pendekatan ceramah interaktif, diskusi terarah, serta perumusan rekomendasi strategis. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan desain one-group pretest–posttest melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang mengukur aspek pemahaman dan kesiapan peserta terhadap penguatan SDM di era Society 5.0. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 3,41 pada pre-test menjadi 4,82 pada post-test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman stakeholder dengan nilai p < 0,05, effect size sebesar 1,607 (large effect), serta nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,89 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan sejumlah rekomendasi strategis penguatan SDM melalui peningkatan literasi digital, penguatan kolaborasi dengan dunia industri, serta pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi abad ke-21. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi partisipatif dapat menjadi langkah awal yang efektif dalam membangun kesiapan institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam menghadapi transformasi menuju era Society 5.0.
