Pendekatan Creating Share Value untuk Keberlanjutan Bisnis di Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Klampok Banjarnegara

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pendekatan Creating Shared Value (CSV) dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis di Sentra Kerajinan Gerabah Klampok, Banjarnegara. Pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain case study melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa praktik bisnis para pelaku UMKM gerabah di Klampok telah mencerminkan tiga pilar utama CSV, yaitu reformulasi produk dan pasar, redefinisi produktivitas rantai nilai, serta pembangunan klaster industri lokal, meskipun belum diterapkan secara terstruktur. Pendekatan CSV memberikan dampak positif terhadap dimensi ekonomi melalui peningkatan pendapatan dan diversifikasi pasar, dimensi sosial melalui pemberdayaan perempuan dan pelestarian budaya lokal, serta dimensi lingkungan melalui pengurangan penggunaan kayu bakar. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa CSV memiliki potensi besar sebagai strategi keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM berbasis kerajinan tradisional, namun memerlukan dukungan kemitraan yang lebih partisipatif dan berorientasi jangka panjang agar implementasinya lebih optimal.
