Abstract

Penguatan literasi kesehatan mental di SMPN 3 Depok bertujuan untuk membekali guru dan siswa dengan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan sikap yang tepat dalam menjaga kesehatan mental di lingkungan sekolah. Psikoedukasi kolaboratif dipilih sebagai metode utama karena mampu melibatkan guru dan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran mengenai isu-isu kesehatan mental. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengenalan stres, kecemasan, depresi, bullying, serta keterampilan regulasi emosi melalui teknik relaksasi, mindfulness, dan role play. Psikoedukasi ini memiliki keunggulan karena tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman langsung melalui praktik manajemen emosi. Kendala yang ditemui adalah keterbatasan waktu sehingga pendalaman materi masih perlu ditindaklanjuti secara mandiri oleh guru dan siswa melalui Pojok LITKESMA yang telah didirikan sebagai pusat informasi literasi kesehatan mental. Output yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas guru sebagai agen pendukung kesehatan mental di sekolah, serta peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental siswa. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan sekolah dalam mewujudkan lingkungan belajar yang sehat, suportif, dan tangguh menghadapi tantangan psikososial.
