Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the recruitment and selection process for the operational manager position at PT Inovasi Teknologi Solusindo. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through structured interviews with HR teams and candidates, direct observations, and document analysis. The results reveal that the selection process involves complex stages, such as psychological tests, cross-reference checks, and in-depth interviews with the CEO, designed to ensure candidate alignment with company needs. Although effective, the process faces challenges in resource and budget limitations. Recommendations include adopting modern recruitment technologies and enhancing managerial involvement to optimize selection outcomes.
