Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Job Satisfaction, Individual Behavior and Work Spirit on Employee Performance. From the results of the study, it was found that Teamwork has a positive but insignificant effect on Performance with a t count of X1 of 1.562 smaller than the t table of 1.67 with a significance of 0.122> 0.05, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of X1 of 2.491 greater than the t table of 1.67 and a significance of 0.015 <0.05. Individual Behavior has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of X1 of 1.059 smaller than the t table of 1.67 and a significance of 0.293> 0.05 Work Spirit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of X2 of 5.303 greater than the t table of 1.96 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the independent variables of Teamwork, Job Satisfaction, Individual Behavior and Work Spirit on Performance show F count of 23.409 which is greater than t table of 2.60 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
