Indonesia Gadai Oke requires an effective and efficient Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the best creditors. The Weight Product (WP) method was chosen for its ability to address multi-criteria decision-making problems by assigning weights to relevant criteria, including brand, type, model, and condition of items. The assessment process using the WP method involves calculating vector values for each alternative based on the weighted criteria, which are then ranked and compared to the pricing decisions made by the company. The analysis results show that the WP method delivers accurate outcomes with a success rate of 83%. This accuracy demonstrates that the WP method meets the company's needs for determining electronic item prices objectively and consistently. In addition to improving efficiency, this method also supports transparency in the decision-making process, enhancing consumer trust in the company’s services. By implementing the WP method, PT. Indonesia Gadai Oke can optimize the evaluation process for electronic collateral prices. Moving forward, the company could consider developing the system further by incorporating additional criteria, such as risk levels or the relationship between creditors and banks, to achieve more comprehensive results. The WP method provides a solid foundation for building a more advanced and adaptive DSS.
