Abstract

Pendaftaran inhal praktikum di laboratorium komputer perguruan tinggi umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi digital di lingkungan akademik, terbuka peluang untuk mengoptimalkan proses tersebut melalui pemanfaatan layanan berbasis cloud. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi penerimaan sistem pendaftaran inhal praktikum berbasis Google Workspace. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan mengintegrasikan Google Form, Google Sheets, dan Google Mail, kemudian diuji secara fungsional menggunakan black box testing. Evaluasi penerimaan pengguna dilakukan dengan kuesioner berbasis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang mengukur empat konstruk, yaitu perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude toward using (ATU), dan behavioral intention to use (BIU), terhadap 76 responden mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak R. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai harapan. Seluruh 17 item kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha antara 0,917 sampai 0,957. Tingkat penerimaan pengguna pada keempat konstruk berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan 3,544. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antar konstruk pada taraf 1%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Google Workspace untuk pendaftaran inhal dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dan menjadi alternatif yang relevan untuk mendukung layanan administratif laboratorium.
